The Difference Between Intentional and Unintentional Manifestation

Before I knew what manifestation was, I was doing it… but without intention. Which means I have some stories for you.

Now, before I continue you don't have to believe in a higher power, believe in God, or start burning sage and reading books on how to become a witch (unless you want to). Manifestation is actually a lot easier than you think. It's about connecting to yourself and your own energy. If you don't love the word "manifestation," let's call it "connection." Ultimately, you're connecting to something you desire that you don't yet have.

Let's talk about manifesting money, because this is always a topic everyone wants to know more about.

What Unintentional Manifestation Looks Like
I wanted to pay off my student loan before the interest period kicked in. I was working a few jobs and putting any extra money into paying off the loan. I was nearing the end of the grace period and didn’t know how I was going to make it.

So it manifested. I got to pay it off. But it manifests in a caca way. I got into a car accident and from the pay I was able to save enough money to buy a new car and pay off my loan.

But I think we can all agree that manifesting a car accident is not something anyone wants.

What Intentional Manifestation Looks Like
(set the goal)
I wanted to start a business to help people take control of their lives. I had gone through my own 180° life change and wanted to help others do the same — take control of life.

(Get clear on what you want and why you want it.) I visualized what it would look like to be doing that kind of work and living that life—I got very clear. Who was I hanging out with? What kinds of conversations was I having? The type of clients? The day-to-day details.

(I took action) I came across a coach I had been following for a few years. I reached out, chatted, and signed up for her program. All I had was an idea... I took action despite the unknown and the fear. At the beginning of the program, we were asked to write down what we wanted to get out of it—I said four clients by the end of the year. I started posting on social media, telling people about my new venture, and sharing ideas as they came up. I started doing the work, taking action, and connecting to my core purpose and the vision I had.

Three days after officially launching my business, I landed my first client and two weeks later, landed three more clients.

And this has happened again and again in my life in different aspects.

  • I sold old items on the marketplace that had been listed for three months.

  • I had a savings goal for a trip and ended up getting an unexpected raise in my 9-5 job.

  • I walked into a dealership knowing my dream car was out of reach, and it turned out they were having a three-day promotion for my dream car.

  • I was determined to go to Paris for my birthday and came across a $600 round-trip sale.

  • I was able to add my balcony egg chair to the cart even though it said out of stock on the website, and I got the chair four days later at 50% off.

Manifesting with intention is actually a lot of fun.

Here are the 5 steps you can start taking today to manifest with intention:

  1. Get clear on what you want - Be specific and don’t barter.

  1. Visualize already having it - Feel it, see yourself there (Plant seeds into your subconscious).

  2. Embody already having it.

  3. Take action.

  4. Listen to the nudges - the random ideas that come to mind are for a reason

There's more that goes into this, but just practicing these five steps will start to get you results.

I've put together a program The Good Vibes Club that walks you through the exact steps I took to intentionally start manifesting and do a 180° turn in my life. I went from being in a toxic life (job, relationships, personal health) to living the life I knew I was meant for—that feeling of “this is exactly who I am meant to be and where I am meant to be.”

You get access to 5 workshops:

  • Session 1: It starts with you (Self-Awareness)

  • Session 2: Money Attraction (Abundance)

  • Session 3: Get It Together (Time Management + Organization)

  • Session 4: Self-Sabotage (Get Out of Your Own Way)

  • Session 5: Radiate Magic (Manifestation + Energy)

You get lifetime access to the course—the workshops and the workbooks that come with it.

This course is for anyone looking to live life with more intention.
